SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Every step a human takes, there is a motive behind it. For KRG to start Thadam there is a motive too - Skill development.

At a time when leading economies like Europe, US, South Korea, Japan are ageing, India holds the advantage of having an increased working population.

With an average age of 29, India will be the world’s youngest country by 2020. India is likely to have the world’s largest workforce by 2027, with a billion people aged between 15 and 64. This demographic potential offers India an unprecedented edge which could further contribute to the GDP growth rate.

But are they employable? That is undeniably the biggest concern.

Currently nearly 31 million unemployed Indians looking for jobs.

Employers are not satisfied with the quality of the human resources available, especially when it comes to employable skills. Merely 7% are fit for core jobs, out of seven lakh engineering students that graduate annually from whole of India.

Whom to blame? Education system? Staff? Students?

Okay, let us put away this very clichéd blame game, which only blindfolds us. Rather we must empathize and act upon it and find a solution.

The key here is skill development. Yes, skill development is necessary to fulfil the growing need in our country for skilled manpower and narrow the existing gap between the demand and supply of skills.

Understanding this need of skill development KRG Technologies has come up with a Skill Development Initiative called
“THADAM – The Path.”

The Staffing and recruiting industry makes a vital contribution towards U.S. and Indian Economy with Sales up to $150 Billion in 2016. With booming growth of this industry, the workforce demand is on the rise too. This urged KRG to bring THADAM to reality. Thadam focuses on identifying the individuals with big dreams and guide them with the relevant and supreme knowledge to achieve their dreams, in the Ocean of Global Staffing, across industries.
